CAPSH (Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin) is a community action agency working in all of suburban Hennepin County to improve the lives of low-income people. Services are offered to individuals through outreach, energy assistance programs, home ownership services and financial counseling.

St. Louis Park
Meals on Wheels prepares and delivers hot, healthy lunches for homebound residents or those unable to prepare their own meals. This program is run entirely by volunteers. To participate or volunteer, call 952-937-1478.
PROP (People Reaching Out to Other People) is a volunteer-driven agency serving residents of Eden Prairie and Chanhassen. PROP operates a food shelf, provides emergency financial assistance, and offers short-term case management, as well as resources and support to regain self-sufficiency.

Senior Community Services (SCS) provides seniors and their families with counseling and outreach services. Staff meets with families in their homes to discuss personal family issues and to help seniors remain independent. SCS's program CareNextion offers a free resource for care-givers and care-receivers that use the web to organize an online Care Team, find Eden Prairie service providers and volunteers, get valuable community-specific guidance, or contact the free call center staffed with experienced SCS professionals who will answer questions and solve problems.

Teens Alone, Inc. provides free counseling to Eden Prairie middle and high school teens and their families. The service offers crisis intervention, individual/family/group counseling, and financial and emotional support for homeless and runaway youth.

YMCA Southdale provides youth leadership development programs to at-risk youth.
7355 York Avenue South
HOME Line provides free legal, organizing, education and advocacy services so that tenants throughout Minnesota can solve their own rental housing problems. The program works to improve public and private policies relating to rental housing by involving affected tenants in the process.
3455 Bloomington Avenue
H.O.M.E. (Household and Outside Maintenance for Elderly) maintains a core staff of trained individuals to assure prompt, quality services. Clients contribute toward the cost of their service based on ability to pay.
